CALIBRATIONS, REPAIRS & ONSITE SERVICES


RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATIONS 

NOTE: Before returning any equipment, you need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  Please see below for instructions.

For Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests, please complete the RMA Request Form found here and email to service@hipotronics.com in EXCEL format. Note that you must check the box in the yellow-highlighted field at the bottom, once finished. You will then be notified with an RMA number once your return request has been approved.

The Evaluation & Repair Fee covers the initial evaluation of the unit plus parts and labor for most common repairs. Should the actual cost of the repair exceed this basic charge, we will contact you with a quotation for the full repair and await your instructions on how to proceed.  Please note, we always perform a calibration as part of our repair process.

All RMA instructions can be found on the 2nd tab of the excel workbook (RMA Request Form), please familiarize yourself with these as they are critical to the safe shipment and timely processing of your equipment.
