Flush 3-Gang Concrete Floorbox with Rectangular Cover, 3.75" Minimum Depth of Pour

Rectangular flush shallow stamped steel floorbox for use with rectangular covers and flanges, for use in concrete floors. This 3-gang box has 2.75" minimum depth of pour, includes installation concrete cover, disposable PVC spacer, and external 1.25" prepour leveling screws. Box has .50" adjustable top, (16) ½", ¾" and (6) ¾", 1", 1-1/4" concentric knockouts, (2) removable metallic low voltage dividers and (3) 6" long #12 AWG ground wire.
