Expanding Anchor Galvanized for 10" (254 mm) Hole used with 1" (25.4 mm) Diameter Rod.

The Chance “Bust” Expanding Anchor expands to take full advantage of the available hole size. All eight blades wedge into undisturbed earth, there is no wasted space between blades. Expand or bust the anchor using the Chance Expanding and Tamping bar. Forged eye anchor rods are sold separately.

  • Chance “Bust” Expanding Anchors expand to take full advantage of the eight blade wedges to expand into undisturbed soil.
  • Hot dipped galvanized per ASTM A153
  • Nut retainer on bottom of anchor holds nut in place during installation
  • The effectiveness of the anchor is dependent upon proper size hole and the thoroughness of backfill tamping
