Cast ductile iron pole eye plate for attaching to fiberglass guy strains or clevis fittings is rated for 21,000 lbs. at 45 and 90 degrees. Has 13/16" clevis hole and 13/16" upper and lower mounting holes as well as two 9/16" lag holes in the wide base. There are no cleats on back side, allowing for non-wood pole mounting. Common industry slang is Monkey Face.
