Delmar Ltda, founded in 1966 at Tatui-SP, acquired by Hubbell in July 2005. Traditional manufacturer of Cutouts, Switches and Arresters.

Burndy do Brasil, founded in United States in 1924, established in Brazil in 1058, acquired by Hubbell in 2009 and transferred to Tatui-SP in 2017. Traditional manufacturer of connectors, tools, dampers systems and accessories.

GTMS Equipamentos, founded in 2007 at Curitiba-PR, acquired by Hubbell in 2017, transferred to Tatui-SP in 2018. Traditional manufacturer o Substation Switches of 15kV to 550kV.

Burndy do Brasil, founded in the United States in 1924 and established in Brazil in 1958, was transferred to our Tatuí, São Paulo, facility in 2017. A long-established manufacturer of connectors, tools, damping systems, and accessories.

GTMS Equipamentos, founded in 2007 in Curitiba, acquired by Hubbell in 2017, and transferred to our Tatuí, São Paulo, facility in 2018. A long-established manufacturer of disconnect switches rated from 15 kV to 550 kV.

Hubbell Incorporated has a long history. The company was founded in 1888 by Harvey Hubbell. Harvey Hubbell pursued ideas that found better ways for people to live. While Thomas Edison was discovering the potential of electricity, Harvey Hubbell created the first practical method for controlling it. The pull-chain light socket he invented remains largely unchanged to this day. He later developed the configuration of the wall plug and receptacle that is familiar to all of us.
