The Austdac Belt Drift Switch Type BDS1 is an effective solution to monitor conveyor belt location, providing reliable protection against misalignment and deviation. Our newly designed switch is robust and simple to install. The BDS1 switch provides volt-free contacts and can be connected to any digital control system or seamlessly integrated with Austdac conveyor safety systems, ensuring conveyor damage prevention, hazard mitigation, and uninterrupted productivity.

The BDS1 switch enables early detection of belt misalignment, incorporating two individual SPDT changeover switches to alert users at two specific points of deviation, allowing for the setup of warning and trip positions. The user-adjustable roller arm actuation triggers switches at 15 and 25 degrees, and features stainless steel construction with long-lasting bearings, promoting durability and extended lifespan. Several available lengths ensure a suitable fit for varying conveyor sizes.
