AC25W PRODUCT OBSOLESCENCE NOTIFICATION
The AC25W power supply certified under IECEx TSA 07.0031X is obsolete and will no longer be manufactured.
To replace the AC25W Austdac is offering the AC36W power supply which is certified under IECEx certificate number IECEx MSC 13.0001X. The power supply AC36W has some differences compared to AC25W, such as 110 to 240VAC input, smaller footprint and higher efficiency. The AC36W can be configurable to the power rating of the obsolete AC25W. The intrinsically safe parameters of the output and the mains input parameters are better.
Please refer to Table 1 and Table 2 to select the correct power supply to suit your requirement.
Note that the AC36W does not come in an Ex e terminal box version. The user must review their application particularly regarding the i.s parameters and loads when choosing an appropriate AC36W power supply.
