The Analog Tough Phone, Model 226-002, provides fully-functional, line-powered communications that are approved for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D; Class II, Division 2, Groups F and G; Class III classified areas. Our outdoor models have a Type 3R weatherproof rating. Housed in corrosion-resistant enclosures, these units offer superior resistance to chemicals, solvents, salts, and extreme temperatures. Each unit is equipped with a chrome-plated zinc keypad that is fully sealed to prevent entry of dirt, contaminants, and water. Model 226-002's armored cord is rated at 800 lbs. of pull strength. The non-movable handset cradle uses a proximity-detecting switch to take the phone off-hook.
