52" Performance fan includes 5 reversible Cherry or Natural Cherry blades, Brushed Nickel finish, and lifetime limited warranty. Powerful AirPro motor features 3-speed control that can also be reversed to provide year-round comfort. Standard canopy is designed for sloped ceilings with 12:12 pitch. Sure Connect blade attachment system and 3/4" x 6" downrod are also included. Can be used to comply with California Title 20.
