The Beckwith Electric M-6280A Digital Capacitor Bank Control is single sensing gang operated a complete solution designed for remote capacitor automation, monitoring, and protection for utility distribution systems. It is a universal control offering automatic Voltage, VAr, Current, Time (seasonality) or Temperature operation with programmable voltage override. The M-6280Aoffers multiple communication options – Fiber of RJ45 Ethernet, , Fiber optic, RS485, RS232, Bluetooth, and supports DNP3 and Modbus protocols. It has data logging capability with continuous recording. Logged data is stored in non-volatile memory, requiring no battery backup.
