00:05A universal hot stick with a spring loaded socket adapter and standard shotgun stick

00:12to glove. Simply slip the sea over the run and tap

00:15conductor. Then slide the interface between the two

00:19conductors up to the stop on the sea body.

00:23Using any standard three quarter inch socket and drive device,

00:27drive the wedge in until the sheer nut shears attach the piggyback

00:33clamp to the tap conductor allowing at least 18 inches of conductor beyond the clamp,

00:39then position the piggyback on the run conductor.

00:42So as to allow you to make your tap connection where desired using your shotgun

00:49stick, take the sea member up capturing the tap conductor on the wedge and slipping the top of

00:55the sea over the run conductor using the same shotgun stick,

01:01take the interface and slip it between the tap and run conductor until it comes up against the

01:08stop in the sea body.

01:13With your universal stick and three quarter inch socket,

01:16tighten the drive bolt until you feel the sheer not sheer,

01:21remove the piggyback clamp and your tap is complete to recover the tap

01:28simply remove the sheer head nut using a deep socket and reverse on the drive nut.

01:34This will pull the wedge back, remove the interface and then remove the sea.
