TYPE: GP / GT, Dual-Rated Solderless Aluminum Tap Connectors, For use with both aluminum and copper conductors, Two Tee Taps, Cond. Range: Main: 350 kcmil - 4/0 AWG, Tap: 350 kcmil - 6 AWG, 90° C Rated (486B Listed), UL Listed and CSA Certified. CMC® Parallel and Tee Taps are manufactured from high strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy to insure both maximum strength and conductivity. They are dual rated for both copper and aluminum conductors and are electro tin plated to provide low contact resistance and protection against corrosion. Only a screwdriver or allen wrench is needed for assembly. They are also reusable.
GPT2-350. Supplied with tin includes conduit strap, two 3/8” bolts, two 3/8” lock washers, and two 3/8” nuts
- Supplied with tin-plated radial-tipped set-screws and tin plated for low contact resistance
- Connector fabricated from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy for conductivity and strength
- CMC® recommends the use of an insulated Allen wrench.
