1962
Systems Control founded as a division of MJ Electric, designing and manufacturing control and relay panels and medium-voltage switchgear.

1998
With eight wiring people, one tester, and less than 30,000 square feet, Systems Control starts to grow.

2001
Systems Control becomes an independent company, expanding into a new strategic direction.

2005
First turnkey Equipment Enclosure designed, manufactured, and shipped.

2006
Systems Control invests heavily into integrated solutions, moving into a 105,000 square foot office and manufacturing facility.

2011
Outgrowing the original facility, Systems Control breaks ground on a 127,000 square foot expansion.

2015
Again outgrowing capacity, Systems Control breaks ground on a second expansion.

2018
Systems Control acquired by Comvest Partners to enable the next phase of growth.

2019
To meet the demand of their customers, Systems Control completes additional 89,000 square foot facility expansion.

2021
Systems Control acquires Keystone Electrical Manufacturing Co. Keystone manufactures products for the electrical generation, transmission, and distribution markets.
2023
Systems Control acquired by Hubbell, Inc. Systems Control is a leading manufacturer of substation control and relay panels, as well as turnkey substation control building solutions.
