U-Cable guards protect cable where circuits lead from underground to overhead on riser poles applications. Cable guards can be installed with Cat. No. 6538 mounting straps.
The Hubbell-Chance brand offers riser pole hardware for two installation types. U-Cable guards, offered in steel and polyethylene material, cover and protect cable runs that are installed adjacent to the pole. And for cables installed in conduit, offset-style brackets secure one or more lengths of conduit to the pole.
