These IP69 enclosures are constructed of 304 stainless steel and include nonporous, food safe, silicone gasketing. Mounting points remain accessible even with internal panel installed. Internal door hinges eliminate contamination points and are reversible for convenience. Hygienic door latches shed water and include silicone gaskets.
