GAI-TRONICS Behavioral Health series of rugged telephones are designed for use in environments where conversation privacy is desired but safety is a concern. The keypad flush-mount handset model is equipped with a shortened, 12-inch handset cord to prevent the handset being used as a weapon. The cord is also short enough to prevent the possibility of strangulation. Its rugged design provides both quality and longevity. The model 238-003 enclosure can be used if surface mounting is more desirable. Adding an “AC” suffix at the end of either model will increase the handset cord length to 15 inches.
The Model 276-712BH is a SIP-compatible telephone that is ideally suited for flush-mount installation in any area requiring either standard telephone or auto-dial/ring-down operation. The unit’s rear dust cover protects the electronics for in-wall installation. The Model 238-001FS enclosure can be used if surface mounting is more desirable.
