Installation Instructions

Upgrade from Versions lower than Version 1.30 
We have replaced the old drivers,  which have caused a lot of inconvenience (blue screens, instable software a.s.o) by a new commercial 1394 driver. On each software version higher than Version 1.30, there is a special program included, which gives you the possibility to  install the new 1394 drivers easily

For best performance of your system ,we really recommend to update to Version 1.30 or higher  version.

General Installation Instructions 

• Download the zipped file to your computer
• Extract all files in new directory on your USB stick. 
  It is not possible to install the files from a zipped Directory
• Insert the USB - Stick at 2880. A Window will popup with the content of the stick.  
• Start "Midas2880 Vy.xx.exe"  
• Please check after installation, if the version is installed (Menu "Setup:About ").
