These Thruster Drum Brakes are spring set, electrically released, drum type friction brakes used with AC motors. Thruster motor is Class F insulation. Sizes range from 8” to 30” and torque range is available from 50 – 9000 lb-ft.
Dedicated AC Drives eliminate the need for an external PLC where the program incorporates all the functions commonly required in bridge and crane applications. Drives enable stepless speed and torque control.
