00:20Thank you, Ben. It's a pleasure to be here.

00:22Well, all right. Well, the Bernie Substation season was record

00:26setting and we expect the team to dominate this year on the regular season.

00:30So without any further delay, you ready for some football.

00:34Well, Harvey, let's take a moment to look at this explosive offensive line starting lineup

00:39of connectors for Bernie station. Ok. Bern A wide receiver is the Bernie terminal

00:43line of connectors. This line is used to accommodate cable or pipe

00:46bus connector and typically found mounted substation structure pads or equipment such as

00:51circuit breakers. Harvey. I understand that the wide receiving coupler

00:54line of connectors are another deep threat for the substation offense.

00:58You are correct. Ben substation couplers allow utilities to

01:01create a straight continuous cable to cable, pipe to pipe or pipe to cable conductor run

01:06while transferring the desired current. Harvey. This product line has all the angles covered as

01:11there are products that can accommodate angular bus configurations with angular couplers.

01:16Harvey, one of the notables of the Bernie substation offense is the strength of the

01:20offensive line. They are excellent in pass protection and

01:23unblocking burns is a beastly line that can control the line of scrimmage.

01:27A left tackle Bernie has a product offering of streamlined bus supports.

01:30This line will accommodate cable or pipe conductor.

01:32The mechanical bus supports offer reversible caps that allow for fix fit or slip fit,

01:37clamping conditions and the welded bus supports are also made for fixed fit and slip fit

01:41conditions. Harvey as a side note, these connectors have

01:44slotted bases that can accommodate the standard hold patterns of pedestal or insulator bolt

01:49circle diameters.

01:50Well, Harvey at left guard, Burnie's substation offers a very stout streamlined coupling

01:55product offering that will just pancake block, a defender's voltage to the ground burns.

02:00Stout is right. These aluminum couplers accommodate straight

02:04pipe conductor to conductor installations as well as elbow and welded ball couplers for a

02:08variety of angular conductor alignment requirements.

02:10Harvey the burn a product line offers a unique expansion sliding bus support coupler at the

02:16center position. That's a mouthful of description burn but so

02:19true. The sliding bus support coupler allows for

02:22linear and angular bus movement. This uniquely designed bus support is rated for

02:25230 KV, which is a low rating for an offensive lineman.

02:29But this connectors bus support plate has mounting holes that allow up to two corona

02:33shielding ring accessories to attach, giving the connector the ability to match up well

02:37against whatever voltage requirement. This connector is paired up against Harvey in

02:41the trenches. You need a reliable connector to transform any

02:44offense and the bury substation, streamlined stud connector line does just that burn.

02:50This right guard is a great connector for mounting to any extra high voltage transformer.

02:54The pad mount also gives the flexibility to mount terminals or replaced to the stud

02:57connector depending on the need.

02:59This line also offers stud connectors that accommodate single or dual bundle conductor

03:03accommodates as well.

03:05Now, however, to round off the offensive line, Bernie has streamlined T connector offerings.

03:10These connectors can handle one run and two tap conductors at once or manage one run and one

03:16tap conductor depending on what the defense throws at them.

03:18Ben, you are correct. This right tackle can manage several offensive

03:22schemes. This T connector line not only comes in pipe to

03:25pipe accommodation but also in a multitude of height to tap pad hole patterns as well.

03:30On the right side, Bernie's substation lines up with a formidable T connector at the tight end

03:35position. Harvey, what makes this product family so

03:38special? Ben, where does one start?

03:40The high voltage T connectors are great for short yards run and tap connection plays and

03:44with their size and speed difficult for a high voltage defensive linebacker to cover one on

03:48one. These products accommodate pipe to pipe cable

03:51to cable, pipe to cable, pipe or cable to tap pad requirements.

03:56However, we round out the receiving core with the high voltage expansion product line.

04:01This line has the ability to increase the quarterback's target with a product expanded

04:05wingspan. Do the flexible parade for copper connectors or

04:08aluminum straps for aluminum connectors burn. This target is difficult for any high voltage

04:13cornerback to cover the design enables for the expansion and contraction of pipe bus layouts

04:17and the straps are designed to carry the full current load between the two.

04:20Con. We also need to note that these connectors come

04:23with an alignment guide to keep the pipe conductor in the proper horizontal alignment

04:27for smooth sliding leading the team on offense is the Burnie substation high voltage stud

04:32connector line. Harvey. What can you tell us about this product line

04:36coil burn. This product line is used on transformer

04:39bushings and comes with several play options. The most common option is the pad mount giving

04:43quarterback the freedom to connect with a wide variety of conductors by way of terminals to

04:47the stud connectors.

04:48If preferred, this line also comes with stud connector bodies that can accommodate pipe and

04:53or cable conductors as well. Harvey, one other option is what Bernie

04:56Substation calls the flag alignment. The flag alignment plague is used when the

05:01conductor is horizontal to the stud connector and therefore the pad or conductor groove must

05:06be designed to handle the horizontal alignment.

05:08Well, Harvey, the last offensive player to mention is the product in the running back

05:13position. This is the high voltage bus support product

05:16line with the versatility to power run or the speed to bounce it outside.

05:20Sure, correct. Ben. This is a very useful product line as it is

05:23used to support the bus structure of the substation where the bus is cable or pipe.

05:27This product line can accommodate them. All these connectors are also made for F fit in

05:31slip fit conditions with reversible caps and offered with slotted bolt hole circles that

05:36aligned with the whole pattern of the insulator. They are amounted to for ease of installation.

05:40Excellent. Well, I think it's time for us to tune out and

05:44let everyone get in on every flight on behalf of Bernie Substation.
