The CHANCE Square Shaft Lead is used to transfer surface loads into bearing layers of soil. The Helical Square Shaft system is used in applications where tension, compression or both types of structure loading is required. It provides a predictable foundation solution for significant load capacities

- The helical shaped plates do not auger into the soil but rather screw into it with minimal soil disturbance
