The rectangular carpet flange includes (1) MFBRCFADPT adapter, measures 6.00" X 4.88" X 0.25" high and includes mounting screws. When used with PFBR826BLA cover it is UL514 Scrubwater compliant when the cover is not in-use and has a maximum static load of 300 lbs. (the load applied through a 3 in. (76mm) mandrel in center of the cover).
