00:14Today, we will be comparing the new Hubbell preformed 90 degree fitting with a more

00:19conventional 90 degree field sweep.

00:21You will need a 7/16 inch hex nut driver, six HBTSK splice kits,

00:28a marker, Hubbell HBT cut tool basket tray cutter, HBTR

00:330412 90 degree tray, Hubbell HBT0412 wire basket tray

00:42to make a conventional 90 degree sweep.

00:45First identify with a marker which segments of the tray to cut,

00:49remove six for a 4 by 12 tray cut. The tray is

00:56marked, repeat for the opposite side

01:04carefully bend the tray to create the 90 degree sweep.

01:07Closing the gaps of the inside radius, fasten the splice kits to the sides of the inner

01:12radius. Ensure the threads face outward

01:24steps to assemble a Hubbell 90 degree preformed fitting face,

01:29the part that dips down into the wire basket tray and secure it down into place so that they

01:34intertwined place your carriage bolt in the hole located on top of the base.

01:56Repeat for the opposite side

02:10lock, the provided long outside wall into tray sides and lock it into the precut slots in the

02:15base.

02:26Repeat for the short wall finish securing fitting walls by bending tabs
