Chance Type C Polymer Link Break Cutouts are available for application on system voltages up to 22/36.4kV 170kV BIL. Chance Type C Polymer Link Break Cutouts can only be fused up to 100A and use Universal Style fuse links with no more than 1 inch elongation so Coordination with other devices is easily achievable. Chance Type C Polymer Link Break cutouts use the same cutout mounting as our Standard Style cutouts and so the mountings are interchangeable with the cutout mountings from S&C(MPS ) Type XS and ABB Type ICX cutouts within the same voltage class. Chance Type C Polymer Link Break fuse holders use ESP Enhanced Silicone Polymer as insulating material and use a synthetic fuse holder liner material for consistent arc quenching during fault currrent interruption or load breaking.
