Chance Type C Polymer Load Break Cutouts are available for application on system voltages up to 20/34.5kV 150kV BIL. Chance 15kV and 15/27kV Type C Polymer Load Break Cutouts can be fused up to 200A and use Universal Style fuse links so Coordination with other devices is easily achievable. Chance 15kV and 15/27kV Type C Polymer Load Break Cutouts can also be a sectionalizing device and function much like a disconnect switch when fitted with a 300A disconnect blade. Chance 20/34.5kV Type C Polymer Load Break cutouts are only offered at 100A current rating. Chance Type C Polymer Load Break cutouts are not interchangeable with load break cutouts from other manufacturers. Chance Type C Load Break fuse holders use ESP Enhanced Silicone Polymer insulating material and use a synthetic fuse holder liner material for consistent arc quenching during fault currrent interruption or load breaking.
