Interlocking pawls for sure control without brakes that can slip. Safety-orange 30" x 11⁄4" Epoxiglas ™ insulated handle, Plastisol end cap seals out dirt. Take-up wheel with cogs for hand operation and holes for hotstick operation. Easy-access Shift and Release Keys operate by hotsticks or by hand, even with gloves.
