When you need a switch installed directly into the line, the Chance ALTD Line Tension Disconnect is the answer….. The ALTD is rated 38kV 200kV BIL 900A and 600A for non load break applications and 600A for load break applications with its built in Arc Chutes. The arc chute interrupter is rated for interruption of magnetizing current, line charging current, cable charging current and capacitor switching. The extension link/adapter option allows for mounting on clamp-top insulators. Also available is the ATC1343 PG terminal option which makes this switch suitable for a wide range of applications.
