The ROCK-IT™ lead section by Hubbell Power Systems is an innovative solution to help penetrate thin rocky layers without pre-drilling. The single carbide tip design was developed after site testing of several rock anchor configurations to provide an economical, yet proven solution to reach load-bearing depths.
- Square Shaft Lead Sections are assembled to Square Shaft Extension with through bolt.
- The helical shaped plates do not auger into the soil but rather screw into it with minimal soil disturbance
- Hot dipped galvanized per ASTM A153
- Capacity of anchor can be determined by measuring installation torque
