Application

The ATR is commonly used in three-phase line or substation applications such as transformer or line disconnecting, breaker isolating, bypassing or bus sectionalizing. The ATR’s design allows for smaller phase spacing at high voltages, leading to reduced structure costs. Its three-bearing mechanism provides the user with maximum mechanical advantage, ensuring ease of operation and superior reliability. Operation of the ATR may be accomplished by either manual control or by motor operator.
