RIDGID SPLICE KIT FOR 1.25 TO 1.5 in POLE, Rigid Pole Splices are recommended for all load conditions-tensile, compressive, or deflection. These Splices make a rigid connection that is stronger than the pole. Use of heat-treated aluminum alloy for the ferrule makes these splices lightweight and keeps spliced poles well balanced. Counter-threaded stainless steel collar locks threaded poles together. The Rigid Splice is available for assembly on Epoxiglas® blank poles (above), to shorten Epoxiglas® tools for storage or to couple with other spliced tools.
