Introduced in 2014, the Versa-Tech® II (VTII)Recloser is the Second Generation of the innovative Versa-Tech recloser. Building on that foundation, it is an electronically controlled recloser configured through a User Interface (UI) through wireless or serial communications. Our latest UI features 44 selectable Time Current Curves, 5 IEEE and 5 IEC curves, and 4 user programmable curves. VT-II recloser offers best-in-class protection features, system diagnostic information, and cyber security per IEEE 1686-2007. The firmware is compliant with IEEE C37.231-2006.
