A multi-position clevis that can support the insulator in the vertical or horizontal posistions.
For utility neutral and secondary lines, the Hubbell-Chance brand offers ANSI class spool insulators along with the necessary clevises, racks, and spool bolts for installation. Screw and clamp-type porcelain and nylon wireholders are offered for service drops. All items are in compliance with applicable electric utility industry standards.
- Sagger feature allows the clevis be used in the horizontal postion, before rotated into the vertically installed position
- Tab can be used to hold the conductor before insulator installation
- Over-sized cotter pin facilitates removal and insertion.Accepts ANSI 53-2 or 53-3 spool insulators
