Armorcast® has manufactured innovative above and below-grade enclosures for over 50 years. These enclosures include durable, functional solutions that meet any specification. Armorcast quality is exemplified by the patented Voltek vault replacement system, a panelized structural composite solution for decaying underground utility vaults.
Our Electro Composites™ line includes epoxy molded products, insulators, and custom molded parts for the electric utility industry and its equipment suppliers. Acquired in 2008 and located in St Jerome, Quebec, Electro Composites is the industry-leading manufacturer of high voltage solid dielectric epoxy bushings.
Electric Motion Company (EMC) provides grounding and connector products for the communications, power, and transportation industries. In addition to standard products, EMC also works with customers to develop new and modified hardware that meets their needs. We acquired EMC in 2016. They are located in Winstead, Connecticut.
Greenjacket™ precise fit solutions are the gold standard for preventing wildlife contact with distribution systems. Made of highly dielectric material, Greenjacket guards help isolate individual components to prevent wildlife contact, faults, and outages. Thanks to our made-to-order manufacturing process, we can produce virtually any type of cover.
We introduced bushings to our product line in 2004 with the acquisition of PCORE®. Today, PCORE is a prominent manufacturer of high voltage condenser bushings for power transformers and oil-filled circuit breakers. Notable products include capacitance-grade bushings (PCOR, PRC, GSU, and Quick-Link), test terminals, and bushing repairs.
PenCell® enclosures and covers were first manufactured in 1960 in Rocky Mountain, North Carolina. The brand’s first products included grade-level enclosures, above-ground pedestals, and equipment pads for underground utility infrastructure markets. Pencell enclosures are lightweight and heavily ribbed to support dead weight.
Our Polycast® pre-slopped drain system supports reliable drainage in high traffic areas like airports, sports stadiums, and arenas. Four times stronger than ordinary cement concrete and chemically resistant, Polycast drains also prevent pooling and overflowing. Drains are manufactured in Lenoir City, Tennessee.

Radio Frequency Laboratories (RFL®) was established in 1922 in rural Boonton, NJ. RFL offers communications and protection solutions for the electric utility, oil and gas, and transportation markets. Since 2014, the brand has focused on developing rugged communication and protection systems for power utilities and the transportation industry.
Ripley® is a US-based manufacturer of precision tools for electric utilities and the communication market. Ripley has led the design and manufacture of equipment, tools and technology for specialized applications since 1936. Today, Ripley products include cable preparation, fiber testing & inspection, and antenna alignment tools.
Turner Electric® is the only brand to provide a complete range of air-break switches and accessories, from 15 to 800kV. An industry-leading provider of transmission switches, Turner was founded in 1953 and acquired by Hubbell in 2015. They continue to be the go-to option for transmission and substation switches for utilities worldwide.
Formerly known as Utility Supply Co., USCO Power Equipment Corporation® was founded in 1946 in Birmingham, Alabama. HPS acquired USCO in 2008 and relocated the brand to our facility in Leeds, Alabama. Today, we continue to manufacture USCO transmission and substation disconnect switches and accessories. Products cover voltage ratings 15-500 kV and current ratings 600-5000 A.
